Send To Microsoft Onenote Driver Missing
I had this same issue and tried all of the suggestions several times without success.
Solution: Go to Printers, Add Printer, Local Printer, Select Microsoft, Model: Microsoft XPS Document Writer, Install
Next go to control panel, programs and features, Microsoft Office right click, change, Repair, restart your computer and you should now have the OneNote Printer
This solution worked the first time for me.

I have tried many solutions but only this one worked for me.
Go into C: Windows System32 spool DRIVERS W32X86Delete every file that begins with SendToOneNotePress Windows button R and type; services.mscNavigate to the service called Print SpoolerRight click and choose Stop, wait for it to stopRight click again and choose Start, wait for it to startNow navigate to: Start Menu- Control Panel- Programs And FeaturesLook for Microsoft Office 2010 in the list.Right click on Microsoft Office 2010 and choose ChangeIn the window that opens choose Repair, wait for it to finish 15-20 minutes Restart the computerThe Send To OneNote 2010 printer should now be available

Run all Office 2010 featuresfrom
computer to test this issue
ClickStart,
click Control Panel. If Control Panel is not inClassic
View, clickClassic View on the left top to switch.
Double clickPrograms and Features,
you will find an open box aboutUninstall or change a program, which is the same feature asAdd
or RemovePrograms in the Windows XP system.
In the programs list, highlightMicrosoft Office 2010
and clickChange.
In the dialog box, select Add or Remove Features,
and then click Continue.
Choose the Installation Options
tab, this displays the Choose installation options for all Office applications and tools dialog box.
Click the icon besides Microsoft Office,
in the drop down list, select Run all from My Computer, clickContinue.
If you are prompted for the installation disk, please insert Office 2010 disks.
Reboot your computer and test the issue again.
Or Repair your Office 2010 programs by doing the following:
then clickControl Panel.
ClickPrograms and Features.
Click the Office 2010 program that you want to repair, then clickChange.
ClickRepair,
then clickContinue. You might need to restart your computer after the repair is complete.
